Strategy, AI, and operations, built as one system

Noventix designs and implements the strategy, automation, and ERP infrastructure that operations run on — led by a team with direct, hands-on experience delivering these systems, not observing them.

The problem

Growth tends to outpace the systems supporting it

These patterns are common, not a sign of mismanagement — they simply mark the point where informal processes need formal structure.

01

Recurring manual work — quotes, follow-ups, reporting — consumes hours that could be automated.

02

ERP, spreadsheets, and the sales process operate independently, and figures rarely reconcile.

03

Operational knowledge is concentrated in one or two people rather than the system itself.

04

Marketing and operations run as separate functions, so opportunities go untracked.

05

AI has clear applications in the business, but no one owns implementing it.

06

The web presence no longer reflects the scale or maturity of the business.

Services

Six disciplines, one operating system

The services are designed to work together, though each is scoped and delivered independently depending on where your business needs attention first.

01

Web Development

Platforms built to convert and scale
  • Designed around conversion, not just visual presentation
  • Fast, mobile-first, and structured for organic search
  • Integrated with your CRM or ERP rather than isolated
02

Process Manuals

Operational knowledge, documented
  • Standard operating procedures your team can follow directly
  • Shorter onboarding time for new hires
  • Reduced dependency on individual staff members
03

AI Automation

Applied to real, recurring tasks
  • Automation of quoting, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Custom-built workflows, not generic tools
  • Designed around tasks your team already performs
04

Databases & ERP

Holded and Odoo implementation
  • Inventory, sales, purchasing, and accounting unified
  • Certified implementation across both platforms
  • Structured data migration with minimal disruption
05

Strategic Consulting

Marketing and process, aligned
  • Business-first marketing and process strategy
  • Built for companies operating across borders
  • Grounded in direct implementation experience
06

Reporting & Business Intelligence

Dashboards built on real operational data
  • Centralized KPI dashboards pulling from ERP and marketing systems
  • Reporting structured around what leadership actually needs to see
  • Decisions grounded in live data, not manually assembled spreadsheets

Fixed-scope proposal
03

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you work exclusively with large companies?+

No. Most engagements are with small and mid-sized businesses whose systems have not kept pace with growth. Scope is defined by the business, not the other way around.

We already use Holded or Odoo — is this still relevant?+

Yes. Much of our ERP work involves extending or correcting an existing setup — cleaning up data, connecting modules, or adding automation on top of a current implementation.

What is the typical project timeline?+

This depends on scope. A process manual or a targeted automation typically takes one to two weeks. A full ERP implementation or a website build generally runs four to ten weeks. A firm timeline is confirmed in the proposal.

Do you work remotely with clients outside the United States?+

Yes. Most clients are based in Europe and Latin America. Engagements are remote-first and scheduled around the client's time zone.

How does Noventix differ from a freelancer or a larger agency?+

A freelancer typically covers a single discipline; a larger agency often introduces account management layers between the client and the work. Noventix provides a small, senior team covering strategy, AI, and ERP together, remaining directly involved from assessment through delivery.
